Technical Assessment
Our engineers will review your request to determine if the issue is firmware-related or a hardware defect that requires a physical return.
Package Your Hardware
Securely pack the device in anti-static packaging and include a printed copy of your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form inside the box.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement unit within 5 business days.
